Climbing Roses
We have two areas with climbing roses. The one in the vegetable garden by the gate was planted by previous home owners and survived many years without pruning or watering. It was pruned last Spring 2017. I finally pruned again on 4-23. Many of the vines were covered in powdery mildew. I sprayed with a baking soda/dish soap mix.
The second was planted Summer 2017 along the backyard fence. It was pruned late Winter 2018.
